again. I have so much homework I put off until now, and then I have to watch World baseball - Korea vs. Japan. =)
Tomorrow's another day. I'll work out then.
I no longer have a deadline. I was thinking I had to lose 10 pounds by Easter break, but since I'm no longer going to prom, there's no reason for that. Next deadline is by graduation - June 6th.

Yay almost done with level 1.
Push ups & bicycle crunches still kill though. :(

I've noticed some changes in my body though. I've been drinking a lot of water, but I don't go to the bathroom as often as I did when I first started the shred and drinking more water. My body's definitely...squishier in places. Especially in the stomach area. What's that mean? @____@

I worked out pretty late last night, so I didn't have a chance to write.
I cheated and weighed myself yesterday morning...the number wasn't too encouraging. It was a loss, but still within the range of the weight I gained from eating a lot 2 days straight like 2 weeks ago. Maybe I'm building muscle? I don't know...my official weigh-in is going to be on Wednesday morning though when I finish level 1. Today was a good day food-wise, so I just hope I can keep it up for 2 more days and see some results. =)
Just 2 more days of level 1! I'm seriously memorizing everything Jillian says now...A change is going to be good, but I'm pretty scared. Dx

Endurance is much higher now, so there's definitely an improvement. :D

The 20 or so minutes I spend on the workouts are going by really quickly now. When I first started, it wouldn't end. I was out of breath fairly quickly and dreaded the next circuits. I think it's getting a lot easier now. I'm breaking into half the sweat I did when I first began, but my heart rate is still up throughout the workout, so I know there's something good happening. Push ups and bicycle crunches still kill me, but I'm sure they'll become easier by Day 10, I hope. =)

I think I might decide to go to NYU after all. I mean, it has everything. Bragging rights for my parents (;P), and the academics I need to get into a good medical school. The only thing missing is the atmosphere and a sense of community. But you can't get everything, I guess. We'll see if I get into Boston College and decide then...I see a big dilemma ahead. :(

Yeah, I skipped yesterday again. It was my math honor society induction ceremony. I had to get to school by 7, and that left me 3 hours after school to fit it in...but I got an acceptance letter from New York University and I was too overwhelmed to work out (!!!) I was running around the house jumping for joy, and then I crashed and couldn't get up until like 6. My dad calls me "Miss NYU" now. xD I'm so happy I got in! Now I just have to wait for Boston College, my number one school...

So, Day 5. I just finished a few minutes ago, and I still sweat quite a bit. I don't think taking days off is good in my case because I feel like I'm not improving at all. The first circuit still kills me, but then I get used to it as it goes on. I don't have anything planned for the next 3 days, so I'm hoping to get in days 6, 7 and 8 continuously. That's my new goal! And Tuesday is my weigh-in. >o<
The push-ups are killing me. ;___;

I skipped yesterday because I was sick..I slept from around 4pm when I got home from school to 5am to do my homework and study for tests before school. I felt a lot better today after sleeping that much, so I decided to work out. The first set of jumping jacks kind of killed me, but as I did more, it got better. Crunches are definitely becoming easier, and push-ups are too - just a bit. :) I don't know about weight, but I'm definitely seeing improvements in strength. All the soreness is gone now also. =) Looking forward to tomorrow - Day 5! I decided that I'm going to weigh myself after Day 10. Eek scary.

I worked out late today...
I got more into the workout moves today, so I can really feel something in my calves right now. I woke up this morning with a slightly sore upper body, but it wore off as the day went on. I'm worried about walking down stairs tomorrow. =X
Food-wise, I had a bad day, but tomorrow's a new day. 8D

So instead of waiting until tomorrow to get started on the 30 Day Shred, I went out and got it today. I just finished Day 1 around 15 minutes ago.
It's not as tough as I thought it would be, but maybe that's because of the yoga I've been doing for a while? I guess it'll depend on if I can actually walk tomorrow. =X

I substituted actual weights with water bottles weighing 1.5 pounds and I'm in the process of drinking both of them now.
The workout felt good, and I'm really looking forward to Day 2!

I decided to weigh and measure myself this morning:

Weight: 132.8
Bust:35in
Waist: 30in
Hips: 37in
Thigh: 21in
Calf: 15in
Upper arm: 12in
Neck: 12.5in

I won't be weighing or measuring myself until the end of this 30 Day Shred so that I won't stress myself out with water and muscle gain that come out as an increase in pounds. I would really like to lose at least 10 pounds at the end of this though.
I kind of screwed up with food today though. I ate a lot. :X I guess food diet starts tomorrow...or Sunday since I'm going out tomorrow...1300 calories per day is my goal. =)

Since my weight loss basically stopped altogether, I've decided to go out and buy The 30 Day Shred. I've read a lot of positive reviews on it, and I'm willing to do anything to lose more weight at the moment. I'm thinking of going out this Saturday and getting it, so Saturday will be Day 1. I'll probably be blogging about the workouts here for all 30 days. I hope I don't get killed doing this. D=
I'm still gonna eat around the same that I do now - 5 meals, around 200-300 calories each. And I'll still walk around a lot outside with my dog, and walk part of the way home from school. I actually only have 43 days left of high school...it's kind of sad. ):

Christmas shopping has been hell this year. Dx But it's been fun too. <3

I picked out my own Christmas present too. xD And I'm asking my dad for it. It's a Canon EOS Rebel XS camera. It's expensive as hell, but I reeeeally want it.
It'd be perfect if I could take pictures of Cornell with it, but PSH bastards rejected me.

Aw damn.
I vowed to return to Cornell for the next 4 years, but it looks like I can't keep my promise. I faced rejection from my dream college last Thursday. Time to move on to Boston College. If i get rejected from there too - damn, I don't know how much rejection I can possibly handle.

Jeez I hate school. AP Calculus is hard hell. Physics is boring hell. World Literature is scary hell. So basically, I'm in hell ;~;
I'm applying early decision to Cornell, and will be sending in the rest of my application next Friday =X So nervous. I really hope I get in.
I'm also visiting Boston College tomorrow which I expect to be really good.
As for weight loss, I've been kind of stuck for a while.
I guess it's safe to post my stats...?

Height: 5'1"
Highest Weight: 169lbs
Lowest Weight: N/A
Current Weight: 132.2 (as of this morning)
Goal Weight: 120 by Christmas, 110 by next summer.
Yeah, back in July when I first got my Wii Fit I was 155 pounds =X

Ugh school starts soon - next Thursday. While I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again, and even seeing the cute little freshmen, I'm not looking forward to college apps, SATs, AP Psych, and all the work. Hope the stress doesn't effect my diet :P

Here are the schools I want to attend in order:
1) Cornell University
2) Boston College
3) NYU
4) University of Virginia
5) University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
I guess safety schools could be St. John's University or something Dx Hope I don't have to resort to that ;-;

Yup, I got the Wii Fit exactly one week ago, and my weight loss started again X)
I lost 2.2 pounds this past week and I feel good about it =D That's a whole 0.4 points off my BMI, which is, unsurprisingly high Dx
I've been playing for a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour a day, which mostly include aerobics with a few minutes of strength and yoga.
Hopefully, I'll keep losing around that much weight each week, and I'll be one day be able to say my weight without being ashamed of it :)
I'll post a picture of my screen in a bit xD

Yea, kinda late for an update, but I don't have my laptop anymore so no internet access Dx Only from my mom's room VDKHFHHF
ANWAYS, lost ~9-10 pounds altogether -o-;
Well, last week /was/ crazy regents week so I slacked off a bit with the exercise to study for the crazy tests (Math, Chem) Thank god those are over =O

Hope to lose at least 12 by the end of this week, and the beginning of July (:

wow I actually made it. SHOCKER xD
I've only lost about two pounds since last week ;__;
Total of approximately 8.8 pounds lost in 2 weeks.


I made a new banner too, and edited the code to match it.
The colors on the layout aren't too great, but on the banner, they look amazing.
The banner was originally from Desktopography, possibly the best wallpaper site I have ever seen. I just cropped a small piece of the banner and added on some brushes for a nicer effect. Hope it's pleasing to the eyes (:
